The Thompson TA5 kit includes one of its most popular accessories, a 50-round drum magazine. The authentic drum is completely manufactured in the USA to specifications as close to the original as possible. Optional 30-round stick or 10-round and 100-round drum magazines.

Since 1999, Kahr Arms has proudly upheld the legacy of the corporation, the original manufacturer of the famous Thompson submachine gun. To ensure the historical accuracy of the project, Carr researched the original engineering drawings. Hundreds of US military microfiches and manuscript drawings of Thompson models dating back to 1919 were also examined.
