"Denver Water is violating public trust in the way it treats its injured workers," Forsyth said. "These nurses are pretentious about their healing abilities."
Instead, the workers' compensation claim alleges that Denver Water acted as the "nurses' case manager."
Forsyth wants to reopen Tygrett's workers' compensation claim on the "fraudulent basis" described in the workers' compensation lawsuit.

"Returning to work without restrictions is really me after passing the exam." Tygrett said.
Sanchez worked in spill prevention and emergency services. Allen Villegas worked as a water distributor. Both offered similar allegations against Denver Water, including allegations of fraud.
"(The doctor) determined that my injury was not work-related," Villegas said. "My jaw is open. I don't understand it."
Sanchez and Villegas said both were treated at the Denver Water Clinic for their injuries. Both said they did not know the nurses were case managers.

"If they had admitted they were the nurse case managers, they would have had the right to ask them to leave the room," Sanchez said.
"It was humbling," Villegas said. "You go there and expect to be treated with some kind of injury and dignity. You just walk away without an answer and let them walk out the door."
Three former workers said they want to reopen their compensation claims because they were fired without proper treatment for actual injuries.
"My L5 (spine) is going up to the bone," Sanchez said. "My sciatica causes back pain and numbness in my legs."

I was looking for a 3 bedroom so decided to come in and look at the 3 bedroom. They are a very spacious home and almost feel like there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and six bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and kind. I have been here for 2 months now and have no complaints.

I went looking for a 1 bedroom and they found it small with no room for a dining table, a small balcony, no storage and a washer/dryer hookup. The interior, like the kitchen and bathroom, is a little dated, and parking outside can be dangerous for small cars, plus you have to pay for designated parking and otherwise struggle to park.

I have been here for 6 months now and have had good and bad experiences. The good thing is that the office staff is included. They are always so friendly and helpful. When it comes to my overall experience here, the bad outweighs the good. I don't know what the maintenance people's areas of expertise are, but it doesn't seem to be Facilities Maintenance. The leak in the ceiling continues to leak three times. The air conditioners in the laundry room are not working. I moved in February and thought it was closed during the colder months. I was wrong. It's the hottest time of the year and it's still not working. If all the rules are followed, the pool will be fine. There are times when children are violated without adult supervision. Not a place to go if you want to relax.
